Can you replace glass without replacing the whole window?
Yes, in nearly all cases. Broken panes, cracked glass and failed insulated units are all replaceable in the existing frame.
How do I stop condensation on my windows in winter?
Some of it is indoor humidity rather than the window. But if the glass surface is cold enough to condense heavily, the unit may have failed. In Enterprise it is worth checking whether the moisture is on the surface or between the panes.
My window will not stay open. What is broken?
